This Project-Based Learning class engages to use the design cycle to solve real-world problems. Throughout the year, students will use the MAKERSPACE to learn how to engage in the design cycle, use equipment properly and create designs and prototypes in order to solve real-world problems. Students will learn to use 3D printers, laser cutters, wood and metal building apparatus and sewing machines. Students will also learn how to speak about design, communicate ideas, seek and articulate constructive feedback and collaborate with others.
