They participate in extended conversations and discussions, expressing and supporting opinions with developing complexity and nuance. Students analyse authentic materials and identify perspectives and cultural viewpoints. They produce coherent, structured paragraphs and multi-paragraph texts, adapting language appropriately for audience and purpose.
