German / French / Spanish High Beginner
At the High Beginner level, students communicate with growing independence and some confidence, using practised language and slightly more complex sentences. They ask and answer questions to request and provide information, express preferences and simple opinions, and sustain short exchanges in routine situations. Students understand short texts and messages beyond isolated words and produce short connected sentences to describe, retell, and sequence familiar events and experiences.
