AP Economics introduces students to foundational economic principles through microeconomics (market behavior, supply and demand, market structures) and macroeconomics (national income, inflation, fiscal and monetary policy). Emphasizing analytical skills, the course prepares students for both the microeconomics and macroeconomics AP exams while fostering a deeper understanding of economic systems, decision-making, and policy evaluation.
