This course focuses on developing essential mathematical skills for academic, vocational, and daily life success and independence. Through an emphasis on practical application, students will strengthen their ability to use math in real-world contexts. Instruction will focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and numeracy skills needed for everyday tasks, including reading schedules, calculating totals, comparing prices, managing time, and interpreting data. Through hands-on activities, technology integration, and real-life scenarios, students will build confidence and independence in mathematics for everyday life.
