Employment
ZIS welcomes educators to apply to become a part of our outstanding faculty.
Einladung Primarschullehrer Schnuppertag
The most significant impact on student learning is the quality of the teaching they experience - great teachers develop great learners. We are looking for colleagues with an outstanding record of achievement, who are passionate about not only student learning, but also their own.
Our definition of learning commits us to focus on the whole child - where the development of character is equally as important as that of conceptual understanding and competencies.
To best support this, we have embedded the most effective research-based teaching strategies as the foundation of our teaching, in order to provide academic challenge and support for each student. These 10 High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) underpin our teacher self-directed professional growth planning model.
Our Vision statement and Strategic Priorities commit us to developing true global citizens determined to make a difference to the organizations and communities in which they work and live. We want our students to be open to different cultures, backgrounds and perspectives and to understand the importance of inclusion and equity.
Therefore, we are looking to attract candidates who represent the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives of our community and who will enrich the learning and growth of our students. ZIS therefore welcomes applications from all backgrounds, including those traditionally underrepresented in the international school community.
When you join ZIS, you’re not just joining a school. You are joining a lifelong community that spans the world and generations. We are a community brought together by experience, and we stay with you wherever you go.
